Maximum guest 7 No parties or events No smoking Guest stay at their own risk will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or loss of personal belongings during their stay. Property is inspected before and after your stay to assess any damages. We will document the properties for comparison and your deposit will be charged. Prohibited activities: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Quiet time 11:00 pm - 7:00 am You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood, please be good neighbor by not making excessive noise or boisterous behavior after 11:00 pm. AC must be turned off if you open windows. If you do not due to Florida's humidity it will call the AC to malfunction and freeze over and not work. Guest are required to comply with local laws and regulations. Grill - Please clean after each use; and supervise children around when grill is in use. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the home. Pets - we are happy to welcome well behaved pets with a pet fee for pet under 30 lbs. If you bring a pet and do not pay a pet fee or pick up after your pet, there will be a $200 charge. Do not leave your pets unattended unless secured in a crate. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest. Trash removal - at the end of your stay, please collect all trash and put in the cans located outside the house. Pool - guest agrees that the present of the pool create a risk of personal injury or property damage. This risk is heightened as it relates to children. Guest agrees to take reasonable and proper measures to ensure the safety of guest. If invitees, guest, agents or licenses from injury or loss.
